I've spent 21 years dedicating so much of my time to a career l am still passionate about.
Whether I'm working on foundational skills with youth athletes, or pushing high performance athletes to be their best, I still find the energy to get up each and every work day to deliver strict programming in order for these members to feel a huge sense of accomplishment.
Along with that, l've also developed a safe but very challenging functional program for adults of all ages.
Where they can feel strong, confident, powerful, and even fearless in any activity they choose to do.
